Purdue Pharma needed a method to handle clinical test results - especially after the company introduced a business model where external providers provided these test results to Purdue Pharma.
They chose a solution built on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and ScanJour iBox for managing and searching through metadata. Thanks to this solution, many of the processes of document management have been automated and improved. The company now has to 38 industry-specific tags for each document, resulting in far more qualified search results and enables users to search in new ways.
